Hello, I'm Alice. I'm an artist, printmaker and designer working principally with linocuts. I have a passion for printmaking and am currently working on a collection of designs and prints.

Living and working in the Western Isles of Scotland...

I live in the wild and windy Outer Hebrides in Scotland with my husband, son and feral cat.  The Hebrides are a spectacular place where the way of life is as unique as the scenery.

Drawing inspiration from nature...

My work is mainly printmaking and pattern based, drawing on natural shapes and influences. Since returning to the Isle of Lewis, I have created a range of designs reflecting the specific places, flora and fauna of the Western Isles and my memories of childhood in Lewis and Harris. My aim is to create designs which will bring the essence of the islands to your home.
