SHIPPING & RETURNS
YOUR ORDER
Your order will be carefully packaged before leaving my studio. I try to use recycled/recyclable packaging where possible.
Smaller prints are packaged using acid free recycled board and cornstarch sleeves (instead of clear plastic) which are compostable. Larger prints will be wrapped in acid free tissue and sent in postal tubes which need to have plastic lids - although I am looking for alternatives. Airspace filling material will be recyclable and I strive to use the minimum of non-sustainable packaging materials possible.
SHIPPING POLICY
All my prints are sold from my studio in the Western Isles of Scotland. I aim to send orders within 5 working days. Living on an island can mean that shipping might take a little longer than mainland delivery, so please bear that in mind when ordering. If you need your order to arrive quickly, please don't hesitate to contact me.

If you live locally (in the Western Isles) and would like to collect your purchase in Stornoway, please contact me and I will provide you with pick-up details and refund your shipping charge via Paypal.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Every care has been taken to ensure that the items for sale are in excellent condition and packaged securely. Due to the handmade nature of printmaking, each print will have slight variations. I have tried to represent artwork and products as accurately as possible but please remember that colours on monitors may vary.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me straight away. I can accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item/items are unused and in the same condition as you received them. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage.
Every item will leave my studio carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. If your item has been damaged in the post, please contact me straight away and send me photos of the damage. I can't guarantee that I will be able to refund your order but I will see what I can do.
