This piece is close to my heart, depicting the enchanting sea creatures you might find in rockpools along the British coastline, especially here in the beautiful Outer Hebrides.
 
The design is printed in a rich maroon color, inspired by the vibrant red algae seaweed that you often find along our shores. Set against an aged white background, it captures that nostalgic, vintage feel of old educational posters – they're a bit of an obsession of mine! Each sea creature is referenced at the bottom of the poster.
 
I wanted to reimagine my existing 'Low Tide' linocut print and create a more affordable and smaller version that more of you could enjoy.
